Katherine and Charles Hover Green House Nursing Home at Hover Senior Living Community, Longmont, CO
Recently completed $20 million-dollar Skilled Nursing Care Green House Project on the Hover Senior Living Community campus in Longmont, Colorado. The physical environment of each award-winning 24-hour skilled care house is designed to feel like a real home. The innovative Green House model moves from an institutional concept that serves the administrators, to a residential model that nurtures up to 12 elders in each home. The project includes a total of 4 homes, a Gathering Place and an interior courtyard. The private suites include a full private bedroom and bath. The bedrooms allow ample sunlight and have easy access to a common hearth, with a living room, open kitchen and dining area. All home cooked meals are served family style dining. Also included is direct access to an outdoor courtyard as well as full laundry services.
Project Management and Planning services were provided throughout the design and construction of the project; the project was completed on time and on budget.
